Why do you enjoy working at ANLTS?
I enjoy working at ANLTS because of the family environment that ANLTS is able to offer. As soon as you step front in ANLTS you are greeted with a smile as everyone is so willing to lend a helping hand.
What do you like about working with kids?
There are many reasons that I enjoy working with children. First, I love that no single day at work is the same which allows me to keep continuously learning from the children I am working with. Also, they keep me well informed. As kids often expect for you to know exactly what they are talking about, I also have to keep up-to-date on current affairs, as well as the latest video games, cartoon, and coolest apps for iPads and phones.
What made you want to work with kids?
I have always had a passion with working with kids, whether it required teaching in a classroom setting, or on the basketball court. Working with children has to be the most fulfilling job as you are able to learn something new everyday while impacting the lives of others.
Why do you enjoy working with children diagnosed on the ASD spectrum?
I love the challenge of helping someone be happy, gain confidence and make progress. To me, it is a privilege and honor to work with children with disabilities and help them reach their full potential. It is a pursuit that is meaningful, authentic, fulfilling, and highly enjoyable.
