Mackenzie is a founder/partner of A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC and the Director of ABA Services. She is an alumni from our very own Methodist University. She continued her studies at Pfeiffer University where she earned a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Mackenzie completed her behavior analysis coursework at Florida Institute of Technology. 

She volunteers often in the local community with the Junior League of Fayetteville, where she is the chair of Community Research and Project Development and helps see their childhood mental health initiative change lives in our community. She is also serving on the board of the Friendship House which is an organization and mission that helps adults with special needs find a home in the community and develop daily living skills. 

Mackenzie is known to be intensely compassionate by her colleagues and clients and she strives to look for the good in everyone. She has a mission mindset and works hard for those that do not have a voice. She is approachable, level headed, and has a distinct ability to communicate complex information simply and accurately. 

She believes in servant leadership and understands that for true learning and change to happen there has to be engagement, empathy, teamwork, and commitment. She takes the opportunity to serve her clients and families very seriously and is grateful for all of the blessings that the families that she works with have brought her.
