Why do you enjoy working at ANLTS?

I enjoy the positive environment at A New Leaf Therapeutic Services. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which makes you feel a part of the family. I love working with people that have the same inspiration and drive when it comes to improving the quality of life of individuals and their families.

What do you like about working with kids?
What I like most about working with kids is that I can create and establish a positive and creative learning environment that allows them to find enjoyment in learning. The most fulfilling part about working with kids is being able to communicate with them. I love to watch them achieve success and knowing that I made a difference.

What made you want to work with kids?
I have always had a passion for children and helping others. Knowing that I am making a difference in someone's life and being able to watch children grow are my most rewarding moments. This is what prompted my decision to further my education. My passion for children keep me on my toes and wanting to learn more so I can help them achieve their goals.

Why do you enjoy working with children diagnosed on the ASD spectrum?

I enjoy working with children who are considered to be "different" from others. It gives me the opportunity to take part in their development and learn who they are as individuals. I enjoy being a part of the atmosphere that builds their confidence and the ability to grow and interact.
